DJCA is led by three principals whose careers span public policy, campaigns, economic development, cultural institutions, business, community engagement, and trusted relationship work.
01 · Principal
Fabby blends cultural leadership, community engagement, and strategic public affairs. Her background includes senior Denver roles in Arts, Culture and Film and Theatres and Arenas, along with experience involving major venues, public partnerships, civic boards, and place-based Colorado work.
02 · Principal
Chrissy brings more than two decades of campaign, ballot, and government affairs experience. She is known for strategic vote counting, disciplined stakeholder management, and the relationship capital needed to move difficult local and statewide issues forward.
03 · Principal
Ron brings decades of leadership in municipal government, economic development, real estate, and public-private problem solving. His Denver service included Director of Theatres and Arenas and Director of Economic Development and International Trade.

01 · Associate
Matt brings more than two decades of experience in government affairs, corporate advocacy, infrastructure, and economic development. His Colorado service includes senior communications and legislative roles in the Office of Economic Development and International Trade and the Department of Revenue, as well as work with former U.S. Senator Ken Salazar. He advises clients on land use, public-private partnerships, infrastructure finance, business development, and public affairs.

Joseph supports DJCA as its research, data management, technical, and software advisor. He conducts research for DJCA clients, helps the firm organize information, maintains dependable systems, and uses technology effectively in support of client work and day-to-day operations.
