Under Fabby Hillyard's leadership, DJCA helped the City of Littleton transform its commitment to arts and culture into a practical, long-term program. Fabby guided the creation and organization of the Arts & Culture Board, helping establish its bylaws, leadership structure, decision-making process, and initial strategic plan. She led cultural asset mapping, policy analysis, community outreach, long-range visioning, and the development of realistic funding and implementation strategies.
